Membership in Congregation Beth El is open to all who have a commitment to Judaism and support the mission of the Beth El community. We welcome you!

With membership, you and your family will have an opportunity to enroll in religious school, participate in Torah Study and services, engage in innovative Jewish programming, connect with other Jewish families and so much more.  Your membership allows us to maintain a presence of Reform Judaism in eastern Maine. Associate Membership is open to former members of Beth El currently living outside of the Greater Bangor Area who have a primary affiliation with another synagogue; family members of current members who do not live locally; individuals residing in Maine for four months of the year or less; and residents of the Greater Bangor Area who have a primary affiliation with either Beth Israel or Beth Abraham. Associate members pay 1/3 of the membership rate.
